SANDI BOGLE - film awards

Image
You might recognise Sandi from C4's 'Gogglebox' I first met Sandi at the UK lanch event for Impulse London. Impulse is a gay event group working to bring more events and fun to London's scene, whilst improving knowledge about self-care, sexual and mental health services I met great people at this event that was hosted by Nieko Strobel at Kensington Roof Gardens. There was a great vibe and everyone was high on life. I approached Sandi with my friend and introduced myself as a stylist. She looked fantastic in a white dress decorated in blue crystals Sandi got in contact a few weeks later to say that she was going to an awards event. After a 'get to know you' chat we decided on an outfit for her. It was a nude, plunge neck, open skirt two piece. She said that she felt incredible when wearing the clothing, from Kiki Riki Sandi made online headlines. It felt rewarding to know that an outfit I had input on was getting a lot of attention. ...

KIKI RIKI - clothing brand

Kiki Riki is a clothing brand. Not just any clothing brand, a brand YOU need to check out! I went with a friend to the Pure fashion event in February '17 at Olympia, London. It was my first time at this event so I made sure to make the most of it and talk to everyone, We walked around, had some champagne, saw the new collections on show and finally watched the main catwalk I took videos and photos to remember the brands I spotted and wanted to talk to... but then Kiki Riki's walk started! My friend and I spent the next few hours looking at every garment they had - feeling the material, the texture, t...

It's important to understand your client and their needs/what the occasion is to choose appropriate garments. It was for E4's 'Celebs Go Dating' that aired early 2017 Bear was great to talk to; his face to face personality was not how I would have assumed him to be. He was completely real, easy to talk to and knew exactly what look he was going for. He came with photo references, much more prepared then I expected! Tommy gun gangster. I instantly had a concept idea in my head and asked for his sizes. I came back with a complete outfit option for him and gave him shoes to try. He was unsure of the choice of shoes but tried them on to see how they looked He came out of the fitting room beaming and said he felt great! ...
